Senergy was founding by the confluence of two words Smart and Energy. It was with a determined philosophy that efficiency in the build environment, would act to lower the impact on the overall environment.

From its inception in 2011 until early 2022 each and every home they built was ENERGYSTAR approved, qualified and stamped. Today using the same principles, Senergy Builders is still producing energy efficient new homes many with solar power coming standard. This attention to efficiency and with the added renewable energy some of their home owners are experiencing a monthly utility bill of less than fifty dollars! That is all in, lights appliances gas electric, now that indeed is both better and smarter.

Senergy Builders is itself built on the shoulders of a strong group of experienced construction personnel. All with over 200 years combined construction experience in all areas of the industry. Gayle Oxford, who is office manager and chief go-to person for all things Senergy and Jesus Fuentes, lead landscape and irrigation tech, have been with the company since it opened its doors. Over 600 homes ago. Senergy Builders would especially like to thank those two for their loyalty, hard work and dedication to the company. Other key, and long term members of the staff, Sat Sawyer who helps on landscaping and final grade work on all properties. Buck Locke and Titus Smith are in charge of a subgrade, Excavation and water /sewer lateral installations , who are both always willing to lend a helping hand . Ras Gutierrez-Trejo and Matt Costigan are the newest field crew members coming on as general assistant, and Construction superintendent respectively. They are already proving to be great assets to the Senergy team. Mike Kiefer , purchasing, works with our subcontractors, venders and assists with all customer change orders and field scheduling. Kim Smeins helps with development budgeting and as company accountant. Ashley Church is our drafting designer and permit coordinator. And finally Candace Horton, training under Gayle in bookkeeping and general company management and Kelsie Jefferson is in customer service and office assistant. Senergy Builders is very grateful to all those who are part of the team and thanks each and every one for the hard work and dedication to Senergy Builders, the homes we build, and the customers we have.
