Monty and Trina Nostrand have been in the construction, home purchase, building and design industry in the Grand Valley and beyond for 25+ years. They have experience with projects big and small —whole subdivisions, townhomes, home renovations, gut rehabs, and custom homes. Nostrand Homes takes pride in the relationships they build with customers throughout the construction process and after your home is complete. Monty has done it all from dirt work, foundation, framing and more. He now leads as the general contractor overseeing day-to-day operations, keeping your projects on schedule, and turning your vision into reality. Trina works closely with the homebuilder and the Nostrand Homes’ team to design and finish each home with the functionality and personality to make it your own. Monty and Trina will listen carefully when you talk about your needs and priorities.
