On behalf of the Housing and Building Association of Western Colorado, welcome to the 44th Annual Parade of Homes! For more than four decades, this event has celebrated the talent, dedication, and innovation of the builders, designers, and trades who shape our community.

The housing industry has faced its share of challenges — supply chain delays, labor shortages, and rising regulations — all of which impact affordability for families here in Western Colorado. Even so, our members continue to rise to the occasion, creating homes that blend quality, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design. Their work keeps the dream of homeownership alive for so many in our region.

This Parade is more than a showcase of houses; it’s a celebration of community. We’re proud of the diversity you’ll see reflected in these homes—different sizes, styles, and features that highlight the creativity of our local industry.
