Welcome to Canyon Vista's 2023 parade house, Monument Vista Place. This home was designed with a lot of love, thought, and attention to detail. The massive front door will greet you with elegance. As soon as you enter the house you will feel right at home. We call it the Castle House. You will be greeted with touches of Earth elements and warm wood tones that will invite you right in. With several panel accordion doors out to the back, it creates an amazing indoor-outdoor living space. A perfect place to enjoy coffee while looking at one of nature's greatest creations, The Colorado National Monument. In the evening it's the perfect place to sip on a glass of wine to wind down and reflect on your day. As you tour this home you will find something amazing around every corner. Monument Vista Place is not just a luxury property. It also features a highly functional event venue nestled at the base of Colorado National Monument. Strategically built with 180-degree canyon views, MVP offers 12,000 square feet of event space and ample parking for any sized function. MVP is built in Colorado, with Colorado and by Colorado! From archways crafted from Telluride stone by local craftsmen to the 11' fireplace mantel reclaimed from a barn in the Uncompaghre Valley. Many of the giant boulders that dot the landscape are remnants of the past, as erosion and gravity pulled them down from the Monument's imposing cliffs. Directions

Eastbound on Highway I-70, take Exit 19 (Fruita). The home is located off Highway 340 by the west
entrance to the Colorado National Monument.
