I’m Roderick (Rick) Brown and have lived and worked in the Grand Valley since 1990 when I retired from the US Air Force, after serving 9 years.
I started out working on custom homes with Greg Duff, former President of the HBA, for 7 years learning from the ground up. I have been building for 20 plus years and have done every aspect of the job, so I know how to make sure everything is done right.
I married my beautiful wife in 2001 and she has been an essential part of the business from design to management.
Together, we have two wonderful children who were born and raised in the valley. Both were very active in sports. Our son Jeason played competitive Hockey, traveling all over, even to Canada. He is now in Wyoming pursuing a welding career. Our daughter Jordan played Varsity Volleyball for Grand Junction High School and is now attending her first year at CMU on full academic scholarship.
I received my General Contractors license in 1997, residential and commercial, and will do small to large jobs, remodels to custom homes and enjoy it all.
