TreyTyn Homes has been expertly designing and crafting spec and custom homes in the Grand Valley since 2019. Local Owner, Matt Key, was raised right here in Grand Junction, CO. His love for construction began shortly after high school when he started a framing business, which created the foundation for his extensive knowledge of construction, design, and craftsmanship. He later became the Superintendent for another local builder and gained an immense amount of vital skills and knowledge that has contributed to his success in the industry. In 2018, he obtained his General Contractor License and started his own custom-building company, which he affectionately named after his 7-year-old son, Treyson, and 9-year old daughter, Tynlee, (TreyTyn), of which he is an incredibly proud father to! He is happily married to his high school sweetheart, Bailee, who also assists in exterior and interior home design on his many projects. When Matt isn’t working, you will find him enjoying the great outdoors. He is also an avid hunter, loves to camp, and travel with his family.
