Mid-Century Modern design meets desert modern. Influenced by the famous organic
architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright, this three bedroom/two bathroom home is nestled into the
sunken lot as it flows towards and enhances the views of the Colorado National Monument.
Exceptionally furnished and a true reflection of Mid-Century design, you will find pieces from
Eero Saarinen, Charles and Ray Eames, Arne Jacobson, and Mies van der Rohe. The tour of this
simple and sleek design in combination with the rare and authentic collection of artwork and
furniture will be one you won’t want to miss.

In March of 2007, Nate Porter began his quest to become one of Grand Junction’s premier custom home builders. He has made it his vocational priority to improve annually in every aspect of running a construction company. He continues to work toward his goal by surrounding himself with a team of dedicated and trusted personnel. In spite of the day to day ups and downs of the construction industry, we strive to provide a positive, transparent custom home building experience for every client we serve and in everything we do. In addition to Nate’s custom home building business, Nate has started developing the Soaring Eagle Ranch in the Redlands with lots ranging from 1-3 acres.
On behalf of all of us at Porter Homes, a sincere thank you for joining us this year for the 2020 Parade of Homes.
