native with a business management
degree, Merrite transitioned from
oilfield management to real estate
to focus on high-quality service.
He lives in Fruita with his wife and
their two boys. He’s active in the
Grand Valley Raptors Youth Baseball
program and enjoys coaching the
Fruita High School Football team.

Kayla Howell brings over 10

years of experience in customer-
focused industries and is the

team coordinator. Originally from
Indiana, Kayla's career in Tourism
& Hospitality took her around the
world before she transitioned to
real estate in 2015. Now living in
Grand Junction with her boyfriend
and dogs, she thrives on connecting
with clients and sharing her love
for the outdoors. Kayla is dedicated
to providing 5-star service
and building relationships that
