Tristan Brown, the founder and
general contractor of Brown Built
Custom Homes, was born and
raised in Delta, CO. He received
a scholarship to play Division 1
football out of high school, but
his passion for construction lead
him to an early exit from football
to pursue his dream of becoming
a home builder. His wife and high
school sweetheart, Brooke, met in
2017 and were married in 2020,
welcoming their son, Ford, in
April of 2022 and their daughter
Collins in March of 2024. Brooke
works closely with Brown Built and
its clients, bringing her eye for
interior and exterior design to each
home. Every Brown Built home is
thoughtfully and carefully designed
from scratch to ensure every home
is unique to each client and their
lifestyles, dreams, and desires.
Together, Tristan & Brooke work
hard to create an unforgettable,
enjoyable, and genuine experience
for their clients making sure
no detail is overlooked and all
expectations are exceeded.
