BOA Builders, LLC is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Charlie and Wendi Gechter. They manage all areas of the home building process from the development of subdivisions to the designing of homes, through the completion of the build process and ending with the sale of a new home. They’ve been in business for over 8 years and have remained small with an amazingly talented staff. The Shadow Mesa Subdivision is the 4th subdivision developed by BOA Builders, which Charlie has found exciting yet challenging. The challenge of learning something new is what keeps Charlie and Wendi progressing and successful over the years. BOA Builders still completes commercial work as well as custom homes, but the development has taken a priority over the last few years. Shadow Mesa is their largest adventure being an 80 lot subdivision built over 3 phases. It’s a unique product as a lock and leave community supporting all those families that want more time for themselves.
