Home Information

The Cliff is an industrial contemporary design with spectacular views
of Redlands Mesa Golf Course, The Colorado National Monument all
the way to the Bookcliffs. The owners of this home fell in love with our Parade Home at Ventana in 2019. With a few design modifications including walkout basement with second living area and additional bedroom the home became their dream home. Dual stacked fireplaces, floating steel and wood staircase accented by a two-story stone wall add a dramatic sense of warmth. Cantilevered steel supported deck highlights and compliments the natural rock formations found around the Redlands. We are excited to share this Palm Springs style modern home!

Maves Construction, Inc.

Phone: 970-644-5550

Maves Construction Inc. has been designing and building custom homes and commercial properties on the Western Slope since 1989, and has been a name synonymous with quality, integrity and trust. Maves Construction has built homes ranging in size from 686 to over 7700 square feet and everywhere in between. In addition to our custom and semi-custom homes we also offer remodel and commercial construction services. Maves Construction is proud to self-perform a large amount of our work including drafting/designing, framing, flooring and tile installation, interior trim carpentry and cabinet installation. We do this to maintain quality control and timeliness of our projects.
Michael Maves purchased Maves Construction from his father over 17 years ago and has
been growing the company ever since. Michael has been on Maves job sites since he was a
kid and also worked for several different skilled trades. Those years of hands-on experience
helped him develop a better understanding of how projects come together, the importance of
building a great team and how the smallest details make a big difference. Michael has served
the HBA in the past as a local board member, Local President and past CAHB State Director and
currently serves on the National level as a NAHB Board Member.
