After spending several years in real estate and flipping properties in Scottsdale, Arizona, Terry Ruckman returned home to the Grand Valley in mid 1990’s to continue his endeavors of providing new homes for families. He has proudly built homes in Fall Valley Subdivision, Diamond Ridge Subdivision, Comstock Estates. He enjoys working with home buyers and helping them envision their dream home and being able to build a quality product that they can enjoy for years to come.
After spending many years as a kid watching his dad build from start to finish, Connor Ruckman returned from college in 2015 and joined his dad in the business and they formed CTR Homes, LLC. Together they have worked on projects across the Grand Valley from remodels, fix and flips and new home construction. They both pride themselves with providing a quality home for an affordable price.

This father and son team have spent many hours researching the latest trends and keep on the cutting edge of new construction. Their attention to every detail thru-out each phase of construction shows in each of the finished homes. They are dedicated to making sure each of their new homeowners love their new home.
