Home Information

Industrial Craftsman:
What began as an extensive remodel turned into a total scrape and rebuild when
the owner determined even the best remodel couldn’t meet their dreams and
expectations.
Designed by Maves Construction, this Industrial Craftsman style home exudes
grandeur and warmth while taking in the views from the expansive windows. Built
for entertaining, the floorplan allows for multiple places to gather. Take note of the
custom wood and iron flitch beams in the main living room and kitchen as well as the
I-beam details throughout the home.

Maves Construction Inc. has been designing and building custom homes and commercial properties on the Western Slope since 1989, and has been a name synonymous with quality, integrity and trust. Maves Construction has built homes ranging in size from 686 to over 7700 square feet and everywhere in between. In addition to our custom and semi-custom homes we also offer remodel and commercial construction services. Maves Construction is proud to self-perform a large amount of our work including drafting/designing, framing, flooring and tile installation, interior trim carpentry and cabinet installation. We do this to maintain quality control and timeliness of our projects.
Michael Maves purchased Maves Construction from his father over 17 years ago and has
been growing the company ever since. Michael has been on Maves job sites since he was a
kid and also worked for several different skilled trades. Those years of hands-on experience
helped him develop a better understanding of how projects come together, the importance of
building a great team and how the smallest details make a big difference. Michael has served
the HBA in the past as a local board member, Local President and past CAHB State Director and
currently serves on the National level as a NAHB Board Member.
